Suite 101 is home to both The Source Wellness Center and Thomas Family Chiropractic.

From I-90:
* Exit 19th Ave and head south on 19th (I-90 West: turn left on
19th. I-90 East turn right.)
* Drive 1.5 miles to Oak St. (The 5th traffic light and
Stockman Bank is on the corner)
* Continue on 19th past Oak for 0.2 miles to W. Stevens St.,
which is the first right after Oak. Turn right on W. Stevens.
* Make a left at the first stop sign onto Stoneridge Dr.
* Make the first left into the parking lot. The Source Wellness
Center is the first door on the left.
From Main Street (Downtown Bozeman):
* Turn North on 19th Ave towards I-90.
* Drive 0.6 miles on 19th to 22nd Ave and make a left onto
22nd.
* Make the first right into the Montana Business Center
parking lot. Drive straight all the way to the other end of
the parking into a parking space in front of The Source
Wellness Center.

The Source Wellness Center is located in the Montana Business Center on the west side of N 19th Ave. There is plenty of free parking available in front of the office in the parking lot or next to the office on Stoneridge Drive.
Patients who do not cancel their appointment within 24 hours will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
The Source Wellness Center does take insurance, however not all insurance plans cover naturopathic care. We recommend you contact your insurance company prior to your visit to confirm coverage of our services. Bring your insurance information to your visit and our office assistant will gladly call to determine naturopathic service coverage by your plan. Predicted amounts not covered by insurance are due in full at the time of service. We will bill your insurance company for the services provided, but you are responsible for any amount not covered by your policy.
The Source Wellness Center gladly accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and health insurance. Payment is due in full at the time of the visit if not using insurance. If using insurance, any amounts not covered by your plan are due in full at the time of the visit. Any amounts not paid by the insurance are the patient’s responsibility to pay in full.
