Insurance Coverage
We are in network with PacificSource, and will submit your claims for you. For all other insurance plans, we will provide you with the paperwork to submit to your insurance company and they will send you a check for anything that is covered under your policy. We recommend you contact your insurance company prior to your visit to confirm coverage of our services.
Payment Policy
The Source Wellness Center gladly accepts cash, checks, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Apple Pay. Payment is due in full at the time of the visit.
Cancellation Policy
We respect your time by not making you wait. Please respect ours and others by giving at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. Patients who do not give 24 hours notice will be charged for the appointment.
Labs/ Imaging
Whether your appointments are in the office or by telemedicine, we can order lab work to help determine a diagnosis and guide your treatment plan. If you are in Montana, we can order imaging (x-rays, ultrasounds, MRIs, CTs), if needed.
