Payment Policy

The Source Wellness Center gladly accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and Apple Pay. Payment is due in full at the time of the visit.

Cancellation Policy

We respect your time by not making you wait.  Please respect ours and others by giving at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment.  Patients who do not give 24 hours notice will be charged for the appointment.
